How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage your account.
• To publish and manage your job listings.
• To send transactional emails — such as email verification, and notifications when your job is approved or rejected.
• To provide you with analytics on your own job listings.
• To maintain the security and performance of the platform.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing purposes.

Email Communications

We only send emails that are directly related to your use of the platform (account verification, job status notifications). We do not send marketing emails or newsletters.

Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Email delivery — we use SMTP2GO to send transactional emails on our behalf.
• Location services — if you use the location autocomplete when posting a job, your input is sent to the Geoapify API to provide address suggestions.
• Legal requirements — if required to do so by law or a valid legal process.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and job listings for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and associated job listings will be removed from our systems.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data via your profile settings.
• Delete your account and associated data via your profile settings.
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
